Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Revit MEP Draughtsman to support our engineering team in creating detailed MEP models and drawings. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit and have a solid understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce detailed MEP drawings and 3D models using Revit.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure the accuracy of drawings and designs.
• Assist in the preparation of drawings for construction documentation and submissions.
• Review designs for compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
• Maintain a high level of quality control and ensure consistency in documentation.
• Support the project team with design coordination and problem-solving as needed.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of Revit templates and libraries.

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with specific experience in MEP modeling and drafting.
• Solid understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Experience working in the construction or building services sector.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently within a team and independently.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and standards is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Relevant qualification in MEP engineering or drafting (e.g., HNC, HND, or equivalent).
