Job Description Customer-focused, results-orientated individuals with good problem-solving & interpersonal skills, to deliver effective engagements to customers in the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Service engagement via incoming calls and respond to emails queries.
• Managing reservations, special requests, and customer complaints via the website.
• Respond to a defined range of customer queries or inquiries to deliver appropriate, accepted resolutions for customers.
• Proactively escalate any queries to appropriate channels ensuring they are handled and resolved in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate urgency on transactions using standard operating procedures.
• Maintain professionalism in all customer engagements.
Requirements
• A Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent Dutch and English language skills (verbal and written)
• Passionate about customer service
• Technical Abilities
• Work experience background e.g., Airline/Travel agency experience
• Strong communication and administration skills
• Strong in multitasking
• Customer-focused mentality & approach
• Attention to detail & positive attitude
1. Full time contract (40 Hours per week)
Salary details:
1. Basic Salary :
R18- R20k per Month depending on experience.
