Duty Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Hospitality Industry based in Grahamstown is currently looking to employ a Duty Manager.

Salary: R10,000 – R15,000 per month, dependent on experience.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Relevant formal Hospitality qualification is advantageous.
• Experience in the hospitality industry essential.
• 2 years’ experience in managerial position.
• Valid Driver’s License essential.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Enthusiastic individual with good communication skills.
• Ability to work shifts.

• Oversee daily operations as well as the restaurant.
• Restaurant preparation and service – Breakfast, Lunch and dinner.
• Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Supervise and support hotel staff to ensure high standards of service.
• Monitor and maintain guest satisfaction levels.
• Address and resolve any issues that may arise during a guest’s stay.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Assist other departments as needed.
