Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Fulfillment Coordinator.
Role focuses on inventory management, coordinating deliveries from the time an order is placed, and overseeing the installation process. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless and efficient fulfillment process, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Operational Responsibilities:
Understanding of an online customer journey from order placement to fulfilment and beyond.
Uploading forecasts plans.
Develop briefs for BU's to improve customer experience within departments.

Required Competentices and Experience:
Relevant qualification or experience in Ecommerce
Proven experience in e-commerce fulfillment, inventory management, or a similar role
Experience in online customer journey mapping and orchestration
Understanding of the retail e-commerce space and customer journey
Market analysis and trends
Ability to conduct market research and customer surveys
