E-commerce & Admin Assistant

SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Account Management 

• Management of the day to day operations of our e-commerce accounts on platforms such as Takealot.com, Amazon.com, Onedayonly.com and others.
• Implementation of strategies to improve account performance, including pricing strategies, promotions and sponsored ad campaigns

• Listing new products across various platforms, ensuring all product listings are accurate, up-to-date and optimised.
• Write compelling product descriptions, titles and bullet points that highlight the key features and benefits.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality images and videos for product listings Tailor strategies per platform to maximise sales and audience reach. 

• Generate regular reports on sales performance, account health and key metrics.
• Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement. 
• Presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.

• General administrative tasks.
• Booking and coordinating deliveries and collections.
• General assistance in the business, ensuring the office needs are being met and warehouse related tasks are being completed successfully. 

• Degree or Diploma in Financial or Economic related field. 
• Experience with e-commerce accounts, digital marketing and SEO.
• The successful incumbent must have a minimum of two (2) years' experience within a similar position within E- commerce or digital marketing.

• Strong knowledge of E-commerce and online platforms. 
• Excellent time management skills.
• Excellent project management skills, including effective planning, organising and prioritising tasks. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of basic accounting procedures including the making of financial projections and the creation of budgets. 
• Proficiency on digital marketing platforms.
• Business management skills,.
• Excellent communication skill (verbal, written and technical). Excellent problem-solving skills.
