EBIKE ADMIN AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT (BROMHOF, RANDBURG)

SUMMARY:
Searching for a technically skilled and organized individual to fill an Ebike Admin and Technical Support role. The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical expertise in ebike maintenance and repair, along with strong administrative abilities to support the team’s operational needs. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs for ebike motors, as well as ensuring the office runs efficiently with accurate data management and customer support.

POSITION INFO:
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum Matric (N4); N5 or Cytech certification advantageous.
- Relevant hands-on experience in a technical role, particularly with ebikes or similar electronic/mechanical equipment.
- Solid administrative and data management skills.
- Familiarity with wiring, electrical, and electronics work, as well as software troubleshooting.
- Valid South African ID and Driver’s License (own transport required).
- Computer literacy (Outlook, MS Word, Excel); CRM/SAP experience a plus.
