SUMMARY:
As an E&I Technician, you will have a varied job. You will be working in an environment where every day is different. In the morning, you will receive the work orders for that day via the maintenance system (Ultimo) and you will discuss the status with your team.
You will be busy every day with corrective and preventive maintenance of electrical and measurement and control systems

E&I Technician
On a day to day basis you have the following requirements:
- Troubleshooting on electrical installations (such as control valves, frequency controllers, motors, lighting, etc.).
- Various types of measurements such as flow, pressure, level, temperature, pH and dust measurements. You perform checks, calibrations and repairs.
- Performing maintenance and repairs on the various installations and machines in the factory, such as filling and packaging machines.
- Improvement projects: you participate in improvement plans so that the number of malfunctions is reduced and production processes are further optimized.
You work most of the time in the day shift (7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.). Once every two months you have a one-week breakdown service and you are on call after the day shift. The factory operates 24/7.

You are analytical and able to convey the right message with your communication skills. You have a driven attitude and dare to ask questions when necessary. You are ambitious yet always critical of your work. In addition to working well independently, you also enjoy collaborating with your colleagues. Additionally, we require:
- A relevant diploma (Red Seal Millwright or Electrician).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field.
- Knowledge of PLC’s (Siemens S7)
About Our Client
You will join the Service and Maintenance team of approximately 30 colleagues distributed across the region. At the client’s site, you may work with multiple colleagues, or you might collaborate solely with the client’s technical department. You will report to the Service and Maintenance Team Leader.
