Pretoria East
R20 000 – R 30 000 (Dependent on Experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client in Pretoria East is seeking to employ an energetic, tech savvy, organized, well presented Event Coordinator to join their team.

Minimum requirements:
  • 2 – 3 years Event Coordination experience
  • Qualification in Event Planning would be beneficial
  • Highly skilled at presentation compilation (Canva, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Extensive customer/ client negotiation and communication skills
  • Must have experience in concept generation and confident presentation thereof
  • Must be skilled at computer literacy for purposes of streaming events and working with Tech Team
  • Will be responsible for coordinating and organizing all supplier for events
