JOB DESCRIPTION:

EXEC PA TO CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER & DIRECTORS-(TRANSPORT / LOGISTICS INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL)

ISANDO based

R45 000 MONTH

Proven track record as executive personal assistant within Transport / logistics industry essential

Solid computer skills: Office, Pastel, Dropbox, one Drive, Teams and Zoom
Flexibility in respect of working hours
Manage:
- Corporate events, office maintenance, travel, car hire
- Diary management, schedule meetings, arrange agendas
- Minutes of EXCO and Board meetings
- Drafting correspondence, document control, ensure document confidentiality
- Generation of reports and correspondence
- MATRIC plus POST MATRIC RELATED QUALIFICATION
- Sound knowledge of POPI Act
- Previous experience within CORPORATE environment – WITHIN LOGISTICS / TRANSPORT INDUSTRY
