Executive Administrative Assistant
Based In Sandton
R62 000 CTC

They are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to join their esteemed team. This role demands a distinctive set of abilities, including advanced PowerPoint expertise, experience supporting multiple senior executives, and a strong grasp of the commercial and financial aspects of the media industry

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Presentation and Reporting:
Develop and design high-quality PowerPoint presentations and board reports for senior executives
Ensure that complex information is conveyed clearly and professionally, with meticulous attention to detail

Executive Support:
Provide comprehensive support to the Chief Content Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Commercial Officer
Manage and prioritize tasks effectively, maintaining smooth communication and coordination with each executive

Strategic Insight:
Utilize your knowledge of commercial and financial aspects within the media industry to support executive decision-making and contribute to the company’s strategic goals

Qualifications:

Proven expertise in creating professional PowerPoint presentations
Experience managing multiple senior executives simultaneously
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership
Knowledge of commercial and financial aspects within the media landscape is highly desirable

Additional Information:

Travel: Occasional local travel to Cape Town may be required, potentially once a quarter. Travel is generally for a few days at a time
