SUMMARY:
Krugersdorp Area – Gauteng: Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant to join the team.

Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role supporting senior executives
- 2 – 3 Years Experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role supporting executive managements
- Familiar with Managing Director’s office management procedures and basic accounting principle.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Ability to work in an office environment
- Occasional flexibility in working hours to accommodate meetings and travel schedules

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
