EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / SENIOR PA

SUMMARY:
We are recruiting for an Executive Assistant to provide high level support to our clients’ senior management team. As a senior personal assistant, the successful candidate must have strong people skills and be highly computer literate.

REQUIREMENTS

•  Relevant tertiary qualification
• One year experience in local and international travel arrangements

• Computer Literate 

• High attention to detail 

• Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines 

• Must be proficient in English and Afrikaans 

• Valid driver’s license

 JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Provide comprehensive support to Senior Management 

• Assist with any task to improve Senior Management''s productivity and efficiency 

• Oversee the overall coordination of Director’s vehicles 

• Coordinate all travel arrangements and provide afterhours support, if needed 

• Manage sponsorship enquiries and liaise with stakeholders 

• Manage scheduling of meetings and boardroom bookings 

• Invoicing and reconciliation of vendors 

• Maintain an organized filing system and accurate recordkeeping 

• Fully cover Office Manager’s tasks during absence
