EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to MD (Alberton)

SUMMARY:
PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION 
To provide high-level administrative support and management assistance to the Managing Director and the broader management team. This role ensures the smooth functioning of the MD’s office, effective communication with stakeholders, and organized management of critical company documents. The Executive Assistant will also act as the custodian of all company registration documents, maintain confidentiality, and bring a proactive, forward-thinking approach to supporting the MD and management team. 
 
QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Office Management, Corporate Governance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in project management, executive leadership, or corporate governance (e.g., PMP, CPEA) would be advantageous.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role, supporting C-suite executives or senior management teams in a corporate or multinational environment.

• Exceptional ability to prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management and CRM software.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
• Independence and Forward Thinking, Strong self-management, with the ability to work independently and proactively anticipate needs and challenges.
• Creative and resourceful in addressing issues and improving processes.

• Maintains a high standard of professionalism in all interactions and communications.
• Comfortable with changing priorities and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
