SUMMARY:
Executive Assistant Opportunity - Somerset West - R35 000 per month
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our CEO, Owner, and extended family. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is committed to excellence, and takes a proactive approach to executive support.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and handle confidential information
Assist with various administrative and reception tasks to ensure smooth operations
Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and stakeholders
Provide support during high-pressure situations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks
Oversee event coordination, office administration, and travel management
5–10 years of high-level administrative support experience
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
Strong attention to detail with a methodical, practical approach to work
Unwavering determination to see tasks through, even under tight deadlines
Tenacious problem-solver with a resourceful and proactive mindset
Strong sense of commitment to team success and organisational objectives
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel locally and work outside standard hours when required
