POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate earthworks operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Supervise and manage teams working with heavy construction machinery.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to project timelines.
• Conduct daily site inspections and enforce safety regulations.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain and update site documentation and progress reports.

• 5+ years of experience in earthworks supervision.
• Strong knowledge of large construction vehicles and their operations.
• Experience in civil construction and bulk earthworks.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail.

• Basic Salary: R26 000
• Car Allowance: R2 000
• Petrol Allowance: R2 000
• Cell Phone Allowance: R1 000
• Living Out Allowance: R3 500
