EDUCATOR & PRODUCT TRAINER - NAIL SYSTEMS
JOHANNESBURG, Gauteng - South Africa
START: A.S.A.P
REPORT TO: Director / Sales Manager
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
- Occasional weekend classes offered - booked in advance with sufficient notice (time off in lieu will be granted)
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- R16,000 - R18,000 GROSS Basic Salary per month (based on experience & skills)
- Company Cell Phone & Laptop provided for company use only
- Travel & Accommodation allowance for operational traveling
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Qualification in Beauty Therapy / Skin Care / Spa / Cosmetology / Nail Systems (anything Spa & Beauty related)
- Trained in professional nail systems
- Educator / Facilitator / Assessor / Moderator certified - PREFERRED
ESSENTIAL SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:
- Product Trainer / Educator experience - preferably in beauty/nail industry (1 year)
- Industry experience working as a Nail Technician in a salon or spa (3+ years)
- Confident in nail systems including Manicure, Pedicure, Gel Polish, Soak Off, Liquid & Powder Acrylics, Tips & Sculpting
- Computer literate and confident - you will be using your computer for presentations, online training etc.
- Meticulous and accurate
- Accountability
- Able to build a lasting rapport with students
REQUIREMENTS:
- Confident and clear English vocabulary - Read, Write and Speak
- Based within Johannesburg
- Own reliable vehicle with full insurance coverage - you may be required to travel where operationally required
- You MUST look the part, beautifully groomed and very well presented (hair, skin and nails)
- Confident in using laptop
- Focused and able to multi task
- Administrative confidence and ability to follow strict SOP's
- No outside or secondary employment is permitted (freelance or part-time)
- You must be able to travel to other provinces (at company's expense) on a bi-monthly basis
- Ability to continue your own career & training
