Educator for Hair Care Industry

Remuneration:  Basic plus fuel allowance, commission and incentive
Location:             Johannesburg based but National position

Job description
The main purpose of this position is
Develop and implement all educational programs into market
Tool to increase sales in and out of salon
Ensure the roll out of new products and marketing plans
 
Your duties will include but are not limited to:

•  · Development of all education programs 
•  · Implementation and execution of education program 
•  · Maintain and grow existing business
•  · Assist and Acquire new accounts 
•  · Attend trade shows and training events
•  · Assists sales team achieve and execute area plans
•  · Reporting and other ad hoc administrative tasks
•  · Ensure confidentiality of company data 

 
Minimum Requirements

•  · Matric Certificate.
•  · At least 3 years’ relevant experience
•  · Computer literacy 
•  · Own reliable transport
•  · Valid driver’s license
•  · Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
•  · Entrepreneurial qualities; team player, self-starter
•  · Trade test 
•  · Must be willing to travel and if you do not comply with all the minimum requirements your application will not be considered
