Electrical Energy Engineer

Provider of solutions to the renewable energy sector seeks to employ a graduate Electrical Engineer at their Western Cape office near Bellville.

For the position you would be required to have:

• B. Eng/ B. Sc in Electrical Engineering
• Registered with ECSA as candidate of professional Engineer a definite advantage
• Around 10 years' experience in the renewable energy field
• CEM course completed will be a definite advantage
• Energy auditing
• Onsite solar distribution, Solar PV, small scale embedded generation

Responsibilities would include you to:

• Assisting with identifying, implementing, and maintaining energy efficiency savings and/ or on-site generation for a given project/s and for ensuring that this is done cost-effectively, safely, in accordance with applicable regulations and specifications and in accordance with all aspects of the Service Level Agreement.
• Energy auditing and assisting with business development in pursuit of Energy Service Company (ESCO) contracts.
