Lead & Oversee Engineering and Maintenance Projects

We’re looking for an experienced Engineering/Maintenance Supervisor to plan, manage, and execute projects within the maintenance and engineering sector. If you have a keen eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage teams effectively, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Project Planning & Execution – Oversee daily operations, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget
✔️ Team & Client Management – Lead teams effectively while maintaining strong client relationships
✔️ Safety & Compliance – Complete safety files and enforce industry standards
✔️ Reporting & Documentation – Prepare and submit daily reports
✔️ Problem-Solving – Think critically to overcome challenges and manage crises when needed
✔️ Resource & Stock Control – Oversee workforce productivity, vehicle management, and material usage
✔️ Cost Management – Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality
What You’ll Need:
🔹 Matric qualification
🔹 Fluent in English & Afrikaans (reading & writing)
🔹 Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Projects)
🔹 Valid driver’s license
🔹 Leadership experience in team management
🔹 Mechanical knowledge & ability to read technical drawings
🔹 Experience in project cost control & budgeting
🔹 Ability to manage strict project timelines
