Enrolled Nurse

SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for an Enrolled Nurse that will provide direct and patient-centered nursing care, supporting the Registered Nurse and ensuring quality care standards. Working within the framework of nursing protocols, you’ll support patient assessment, treatment, and comfort in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and outpatient facilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Care
   
   • Administer basic nursing care and patient assessments under the supervision of the RN.
   • Monitor and record vital signs and promptly report any abnormal findings.
   • Provide wound care, medication administration, and hygiene care as per facility protocols.
2. Documentation and Reporting
   
   • Accurately maintain patient records, updating care plans as required.
   • Document and report any adverse reactions to treatments or medications to the RN or physician.
3. Patient Education and Support
   
   • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
   • Provide emotional support and counsel patients, helping ease the stress related to medical procedures.
4. Collaboration
   
   • Work in close coordination with the RN, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to implement patient care plans.
   • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and interdisciplinary rounds as necessary.
5. Safety and Compliance
   
   • Adhere to safety standards, infection control protocols, and hygiene practices to maintain a clean and safe environment.
   • Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations and policies.

Experience
