Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary (ENA) – Plettenberg Bay

SUMMARY:
We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for an Enrolled Nursing Assistant (ENA) to join a dynamic and compassionate healthcare team in the beautiful coastal town of Plettenberg Bay.

POSITION INFO:
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Participate in the planning and execution of resident support plans and ensure all residents receive optimal care.
• Perform the required nursing procedures within the scope of an Enrolled Nurse Assistant.
• Execute duties under the direct and indirect supervision of the Quality Care Manager as per operational requirements and report any challenges encountered.
• Support shift leaders with clinical responsibilities whilst maintaining administrative records and managing stock control.
• Assist with serving meals and monitor the residents’ consumption thereof, ensuring that any special dietary needs are met.
• Maintain the confidentiality of diagnosis, treatment, residents, families and all matters pertaining to the facility 

• Registration with the South African Nursing Council as an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary
• Proven work experience of 2 plus years in a similar role with great flexibility to work shifts.
• Fully bilingual and both written and verbal acumen.
