SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for an Estate Manager to join their friendly team at their Retirement Village based on the South Coast of KZN.

Position is available ASAP to the candidate that has experience working the role as Estate Manager.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities: (Not limited to)

• Proven experience in estate / facilities management, (building maintenance, grounds maintenance, security, health and safety), and managing staff and contractors.
• Hands-on front line maintenance experience.
• Proven experience in managing costs and budgets and related administrative processes.
• A professional and service excellence focused approach to dealing with people.
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Own transport with valid driver’s licence.
• On-site living; for emergencies and standby.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite)
