SUMMARY:
Estimator 5+ years relevant tender experience in a Civil Construction. This opportunity is open for Applications preferably from the Garden route area including Mossel Bay, George and Knysna

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities and duties:

Identification and analysis of tender technical requirements.
Translate tender document into appropriate productions.
Preparation of tender documents.
Liaison with suppliers and subcontractors during the tender process.
Calculation of quantities for cost estimates of civil works.
Planning and organizing tasks that form part of the tender.
Drafting of construction programme during tender.

Required qualification and work experience:

A relevant post matric technical qualification is highly recommended.
Experience with CCS.
Experience with Colto & Sans 1200 specifications.
Minimum of 5-year relevant tender experience in a Civil Construction environment.
