Event Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a well seasoned Event Manager to join their vibrant team

POSITION INFO:
Key requirement

• 5-10 years of experience in the event industry
• Relevant qualifications
• Willing to work outside of regular office hours ( weekend work)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power point
• Good time management skills
• Ability to manage several projects at the same time

• Day to day management of scheduled events
• Coordination of stakeholders, setting of meetings, agendas, taking minutes and distribution of minutes to relevant stakeholders
• Liaison and management of suppliers to events. Management of venues for events
• Develop, manage, reconcile budgets
• Liaise with clients on an ongoing basis in a professional and ethical manner
• Invitation and RSVP process, including the management of delegate logistics pertaining to an event 
• Source and manage development of promotional items for specific events or campaigns
• Develop, brief and manage suppliers with regards to signage and branding when required
