Events Co-ordinator

SUMMARY:
Are you a dynamic and organised individual eager to start your career in sales, logistics, and event coordination?
 
Our client based in Montague Gardens requires an enthusiastic and motivated candidate who is ready to take on an exciting role where you will be involved in managing sales processes, coordinating with clients to arrange deliveries, and setting up of events.
 
This role will require a valid driver’s license and your own vehicle.
Training will also be provided.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

• Matric, 
• Min 2 years’ experience managing Customer Accounts
• Excellent communication in English and Afrikaans
• Ability to think on your feet and problem solve successfully
• Ability to build relationships and manage multiple key accounts
• Exposed to marketing to increase sales within the business
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets

• Working alongside the Management Team
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients in the event space.
• Understand their needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction
• Identifying new business opportunities with key clients
• Develop relationships with future key accounts
• Addressing and resolving key clients’ enquiries or problems
• Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
• Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met
• Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to enhance their event experiences
