Job Duties:

• Plan and execute a wide range of events, ensuring they meet brand standards and objectives
• Manage event budgets effectively to control costs and maximise profitability
• Oversee guest relations to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
• Handle the pressure of coordinating multiple events simultaneously
• Solve problems swiftly and efficiently during events
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless event execution

Required Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Events or Project Management
• Proven experience in managing events within the hospitality industry
