Are you a highly organized and driven individual with a passion for campaign execution and client service? Have you done successful promotions? My client is looking for an experienced Execution Specialist to oversee and manage operational activities for client-specific marketing campaigns in allocated regions.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and develop high-performing activation teams (in-store/out-store/events).
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team performance against KPIs.
Manage client relationships, ensuring all campaigns run smoothly and achieve objectives.
Oversee budget management, payments, and reporting requirements.
Ensure the successful execution of events and activations, from setup to post-event reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive campaign success.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations or campaign management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and handle pressure.
Solid financial understanding and experience with budget management.
Must have a valid driver’s license, a roadworthy vehicle, and availability to work weekends.
Education: A Marketing Diploma or relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred.
