POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a leading international organization. This position is based in Johannesburg and offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-level environment that fosters professional growth and cross-cultural interaction.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external communication related to the CEO's office.
- Coordinate and manage the CEO’s schedule, ensuring smooth operations of professional and personal agendas.
- Liaise with the board of directors, senior management, and external partners, coordinating outreach and executive relations.
- Oversee special projects and ensure that company objectives and goals are met efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
- Manage complex travel logistics, calendar management, and the flow of information to the CEO.
- Provide executive support on various initiatives, adapting flexibly to the CEO’s needs.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-Level executives.
- Proficiency in both German (C2 level) and English is essential.
- Strong time-management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships across all levels.
- Experience within an international network is beneficial.
