SUMMARY:
Ballito - We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO whilst also incorporating key HR functions.

The ideal candidate will excel in administrative duties, possess strong interpersonal skills, and offer valuable contributions to HR initiatives.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

Provide the CEO with overall guidance and support
Manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
Organize and coordinate meetings, ensuring smooth follow-up.
Maintain accurate records and files.

HR Function:

Assist the Finance Manager with the administrative HR function
Prepare, maintain, and update employee records and documentation
Generate HR reports
Support onboarding processes for new employees
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in HR / Business Administration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR software
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
