What You'll Be Doing (aka Your Superpowers) ????????

? Keeping the executives on top of their game with flawless diary management, meeting coordination, and seamless travel arrangements.
? Acting as the ultimate gatekeeper, managing key stakeholder relationships with schools’ staff, parents, suppliers, and operational teams.
? Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion (think MI6-level security).
? Managing office operations like a boss and ensuring everything runs smoother than a well-oiled machine.
? Jet-setting on an ad hoc basis (yes, travel is part of the gig!).

What You Bring to the Table

?? 10+ years of experience as an executive assistant, senior administrator, or similar role.
?? A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred but not a deal-breaker).
?? Fluent in English and Afrikaans—because communication is key!
?? A black belt in organisation, time management, and prioritisation.
?? The ability to handle pressure with the grace of a swan (while paddling like crazy underneath).
?? Proficiency in MS Office—because spreadsheets and presentations are your jam.
?? A driver’s licence (so you can zip around when needed). Non-negotiable
