Executive Assistant

You enjoy being super busy, is highly organised and can juggle many balls. This dynamic business owner needs your experienced Executive Assistant support to assist with many business projects, nationally and internationally.

This role will be office-based in the Cape Town and surrounding areas. As the EA, the following is important to be successful.

• Ability to travel nationally and internationally - passport in order
• Own transport and ability to work in  and around Cape Town
• Excellent command of the English Language - written and verbal
• Highly organised
• Present yourself in a professional manner
• Be the right hand of the owner
• Strong ability to do research and use initiative - find solutions to all challenges
• Ability to think out of the box - global thinking mentality
• Calm under high-stress situations
• International experience/exposure/interest a bonus
• A no-nonsense person with a mature attitude that is results driven  
• Diary management
• Travel arrangements - time zones
• Ability to work with high end clients with ease
• High sense of confidentiality and ability to use discretion
• Ability to take ownership and responsibility
• Can-do attitude
