JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant that can be his right hand. Suitable incumbents must have at least 5 years’ experience with a valid driver’s license & own transport. We are looking for a confident individual that is articulate, possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be reliable & thrive under pressure. Ideally you have strong business sense & financial acumen as you will manage financial / GM reports, SLA’s, Procurement schedules, & presentations. You will also manage a portfolio of clients & provide an excellent level of service to all existing clients. Personality Fit is key - ideally you must be thick -skinned and resilient, with the ability to work autonomously and be one step ahead. Full Ms Office proficiency is required. You must be willing to travel with the Director when required (generally to Cape Town).
