POSITION INFO:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
• Assist in strategic initiatives, project management, and event planning as needed.
• Ensure the CEO’s day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Willing to work flexible hours as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant (minimum 10 years executive level experience).
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under pressure.
• A proactive attitude and unwavering attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license & own vehicle.
