Our client in the Agricultural Sector is looking for a Executive Assistant - Legal Secretary with an understanding of IP law and plant breeder's rights to join their team in Edgecombe, KZN

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law or a related field preferable
• 5-8 years in the same of similar role
• Understanding of IP law and plant breeder's rights
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a legal or risk management environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with legal software and databases
• This role involves a wide range of administrative duties, from managing schedules and preparing documents to coordinating projects and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Stable working history
• Own transport and valid driver’s license
• Willing to travel
