  • SA Citizen
  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or similar qualification
  • Experienced in banqueting and conferencing
  • Strong staff and stock management skills
  • Strong leadership skills - must have min 6yrs experience as an Executive Chef
  • Creative menu planning and menu implementation
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills
