- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness and maintenance.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory and supplies to ensure readiness for guest services.
- Maintain a discreet and professional demeanor at all times.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role in a luxury hospitality setting.
