Executive PA

SUMMARY:
We require an experienced PA to assist the directors and managers.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

1. Grade 12
2. Suitable Diploma or Degree
3. At least 4 years experience in a similar role
4. Computer skilled
5. Own transport
6. Experience with travel arrangements (locally and internationally)

• Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to Management.
• Assist with various tasks to enhance Management's efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee the smooth operation and maintenance of the Director's vehicles.
• Plan and coordinate all travel arrangements
• Manage sponsorship inquiries and maintain effective communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Organize and schedule meetings, including boardroom bookings.
• Handle invoicing and reconciliation processes for vendors.
• Maintain accurate and organized records and filing systems.
• Assume full responsibility for Office Manager duties during their absence.
