JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Executive Assistant will work closely with the CEO, FD and Managing Directors, to enable him/her to become more effective and efficient in his/her role, by providing high level administrative and project support.

REQUIREMENTS:

Relevant tertiary education preferred.
Fully bilingual (Afr/Eng)
Drivers license and own transport
5 to 7 Years work related skills and experience.
Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Understand PM principles
Management of corporate events.

COMPETENCIES:

Understanding of duties and obligations of Executives
Advanced MS Office Knowledge
Excellent project management skills.
Excellent organisational, writing and interpersonal skills.
Excellent innovation and creative skills.
Ability to work under pressure to achive tight deadlines.
Effective and timeous distribution thereof.
High quality correspondence, documents and presentations.
Accurate processing, capturing and reporting of data.
Diligent and efficient assistance with travel arrangements.
