Executive PA/Operations & Office Manager

Must have own transport, speak English and Afrikaans and be highly computer literate.
Minimum 5-10 years in a similar role supporting the executives.
Professional and clear references essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Very important: Attention to detail and taking minutes!!
- Manage the effective running of the office of the Executive Directors.
- Company Secretarial and Corporate Governance administration for the Service.
- Administrative duties for the Board of Directors.
- Manage the processes for all Board, Board Committee, Management/Leadership Meetings, which includes:
- Scheduling, attendance, taking and producing minutes of meetings.
- Assimilating documentation and issuing of Board Meeting Packs.
- Liaison with Board & Committee Chairpersons.
- Maintenance of Statutory Registers.
- Manage work-related international and local travel arrangements for the entire organisation.
Minimum requirements:
- Matric Certificate.
- Secretarial / Office Management Diploma.
- Advanced computer literacy.
- 10 years, with 5 years’ experience as PA to senior executives/s
