SUMMARY:
Our client who is in the healthcare industry is looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to join their team in Pretoria on a temporary basis. They are seeking a highly professional, organized, and proactive individual who can support the executive team by managing daily operations efficiently.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the hospital’s Executive team
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations
Organize events, conferences, and other activities as required
Support in managing hospital projects and initiatives as needed
Maintain and update files, records, and databases

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive PA, ideally in a healthcare setting, or related field – Legal Background would be a bonus
Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and hospital management software (if applicable)
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain discretion
Strong interpersonal skills, proactive, self-motivated, adaptable, and a problem solver
