Executive Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (Alberton)

Job Summary: The Executive Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Director. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a keen attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.

• Manage the Managing Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Coordinate and facilitate internal and external communications on behalf of the Managing Director.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Assist in the preparation of meetings, including agenda development, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
• Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
• Liaise with senior management, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical.
• Perform other administrative duties as required to support the Managing Director.
