A leading Mining, Oil & Gas Construction company based in Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant to support the Director of Safety. The successful candidate must be willing to be based in Saudi (Khobar)

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant role.
• Previous expatriate experience is essential.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient Diary Management: Coordinate, schedule, and manage appointments and meetings.
• Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings.
• Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, reports, and other documentation with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Technology Proficiency: Utilize advanced computer skills to manage data, presentations, and communication platforms effectively.
• Travel Arrangements: Assist with travel bookings and itineraries as required.

Additional Information:

• Candidates must be able to cover their visa costs initially; these costs will be reimbursed upon successful commencement of employment.
• Flights to Saudi Arabia will be covered by the company.
