JOB DESCRIPTION:
If you are looking for a new challenge where you can be creative with your dishes... look no further. Our client is looking for a Sous Chef to join the team of 3 restaurants within an Estate. The perfect fit will be someone with a well-rounded cooking background and open to learning.
As the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for daily operations in the kitchen, liaising with procurement for food orders, liaison with food suppliers to ensure effective pricing and quality of food products, maintaining and/or raising the profit margins on food, menu engineering and designing of weekly specials, managing & training the brigade of chefs.
