• Must Speak Afrikaans & English and an African Language to communicate with the Drivers
• Working days Monday to Friday and Overtime as per Operations
  • +5 years experience
  • Experience in freight and logistics in a manufacturing or related industry
  • Experience with Syspro

  • Experience in freight and logistics in a manufacturing or related industry

• Intermediate computer skills (including Office Excel and Outlook)

• The main purpose of this role is to submit call-offs to suppliers and to communicate with suppliers.

• Communication and maintain good relationships with the suppliers that provide goods and services to the organization.
• Coordinate subcontracted Logistics service providers to ensure stock is collected and delivered on time

• Organizing and coordinating collections and deliveries to and from Suppliers
• Coordinate supplier returns – nonconforming stock
• Always provide up to date information to the Stores Team regarding expected collections and deliveries
