JOB DESCRIPTION:

Award-winning 5 Star Game Lodge requires an experienced and dynamic Spa Manager to manage the Spa. Experience in Spa management will be required and knowledge in marketing will be beneficial.

MUST have a full Beauty Qualifications
4-5 years of working experience in a busy Spa/Salon as a Manager
ESP Systems Hands-on experience and excellent Computer Literacy (Excel, Word, Emails, etc.) with good Administrative skills.
Must be an excellent salesperson
Have a strong record of training and leading people
Must be proactive and always look for new opportunities to increase the overall wellness of the spa
Must have excellent product knowledge of various spa products
Must be able to work under pressure
Must be sales and target driven and must be able to motivate therapists to reach targets
Previous experience with the opening and implementation of a spa would be beneficial
