SUMMARY:
Our client in the automotive industry, is seeking an Experienced Dealership Administrator, to join their team in the Eastern Cape – Mthatha.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Experienced Dealership Administrator (NB: DEALERSHIP Experience)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:

Must have experience on the following programs:
Evolve
MS Packages
Must read / write & speak English
Must computer literate
Clean Cut and well groomed

EXPERIENCE:

The individual we are looking to employ MUST meet the minimum requirements and under no circumstances will exceptions be made.
Candidate must be willing to learn
Candidates that do not have extensive experience in the below will be trained, however, dealership experience is essential to have minimum experience.
The successful candidate will be required to:
Work on the Evolve system.
Cashier – Receiving payments / Issue invoice to clients (Front of house / Workshop).
Open and Closing of Orders.
Loading Vehicles in Stock.
Invoicing of Vehicles (Retail and WholeSale).
