Our client is seeking an experienced Workshop Service Advisor to join their team in Pretoria, Gauteng.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Experienced Workshop Service Advisor

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:

Must have experience on the following programs
- CDK
- ADP
- Kerridge
- Elsa
- IPartner
- MS Packages
Must read / write & speak English
Must computer literate
Clean Cut and well groomed

EXPERIENCE:

The individual we are looking to employ MUST meet the minimum requirements and under no circumstances will exceptions be made.
The successful candidate will be required to achieve daily and monthly Up Selling Sales targets, Achieving CSI above 95%, attend training.
Must be ambitious, energetic and determined to succeed.
Minimum 2 years franchised dealer experience.

Duties include but not limited to:

Booking in of Vehicles with clients
Checking of vehicles prior to client leaving the dealership
Ensuring job cards are correctly completed and allocated to correct technician
Following up with the workshop during the day to ensure that client is correctly updated.
Up selling of other products
Maintaining a CSI of 95%
