SUMMARY:
Our client in the automotive industry is seeking an Experienced Workshop Service Advisor, to join their team in Durban - Umhlanga.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Salary:        Basic Salary and Benefits 

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:
  • Must have experience on the following programs:
  • CDK 
  • ADP
  • Kerridge
  • Elsa
  • IPartner
  • MS Packages

EXPERIENCE:
  • The individual we are looking to employ MUST meet the minimum requirements and under no circumstances will exceptions be made. 
  • The successful candidate will be required to achieve daily and monthly Up Selling Sales targets.
  • Achieving CSI above 95%,and attend training. 
  • Must be ambitious, energetic and determined to succeed. 
  • Minimum 2 years franchised dealer experience. 
  • Include but not limited to: 
  • Booking in of Vehicles with clients. 
  • Checking of vehicles prior to client leaving the dealership.
  • Ensuring job cards are correctly completed and allocated to correct technician. 
  • Following up with the workshop during the day to ensure that client is correctly updated. 
  • Up selling of other products.
  • Maintaining a CSI of 95%.
