Key Responsibilities:

• Export Operations Management: Oversee the complete export process for sea and air shipments, ensuring efficiency and compliance from initiation to final delivery.
• CargoWise Proficiency: Utilize CargoWise software effectively to manage shipments, documentation, and workflow processes.
• Client and Carrier Coordination: Liaise with clients, carriers, and international agents to facilitate smooth export operations and address any inquiries or issues.
• Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and verify all export documentation in accordance with international regulations and company policies.
• Regulatory Adherence: Stay informed about the latest export regulations and ensure all activities comply with global trade laws and standards.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any operational challenges that may impact the export process.

• Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in sea and air exports within the freight forwarding industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CargoWise software is essential.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of international export procedures and regulations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines effectively.
