SUMMARY:
A well-established company in Milnerton is looking for an External Sales Representative to join their team!

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

2 – 3 years’ experience as an External Sales Representative
Own car and valid Driver’s License
Experience in the FMCG / beverage industry

Duties:

Conduct monthly client visits to assess needs, advise on seasonal trends as well as arrange tastings, training, recipes and costing
Source new clients, follow up on call center leads and collaborate with the sales team in KZN and JHB for coordinated efforts
Provide exceptional customer service, address complaints and monitor stock levels in coordination with logistics to advise clients on availability
Develop promotional strategies, offer branded materials and assist with events to promote our brands
Manage client relationships from lead generation to purchase, follow up on account status and paperwork and ensure timely deliveries and returns
Stay updated on industry trends, new flavors and competitor products as well as collaborate with the innovation team for seasonal offerings
